What can Griffith offer you?

From a business and development perspective, Griffith City has lots to offer:

Business facilitation

We are a business-friendly Council with a team who can establish conversations with Council staff and/or external partners to ensure you can establish and grow your business in Griffith.

Industry development

We have a diverse industry base with a good mix of national and local operators. Industry strengths include agriculture and food production. Our focus is on working with industry to develop and strengthen collaborative partnerships.

Social enterprise

Social enterprise projects and community economic development initiatives are encouraged. We put a great deal of value in our people and promote entrepreneurial activity through opportunities such as business breakfasts, industry visits and training/workshops.

Faster broadband

Fixed wireless broadband through the NBN program is being rolled out within the local government area.

Rental market

A shortage of rental accommodation, cheap land and low vacancy rates makes Griffith an ideal place to invest, but don't take our word for it, Griffith has been listed in the Hot Property Magazine as being in the top 100 places in Australia with the best growth prospects.
