Battista Industrial Estate
Griffith’s most recent industrial development has a number of large blocks available for development. The estate flanks major routes to Canberra and Sydney.
Mooreville Industrial Estate
On the eastern fringe of the City, Mooreville Industrial Estate houses a variety of industrial, retail and manufacturing businesses.
Hanwood Industrial Hub
Only a seven minute drive from the CBD, this precinct is home to several large food processing companies and is a B Double by-pass to major routes and adjacent to the new Southern Industrial Link Road. The B6 Enterprise Corridor zoned land alongside the link road is earmarked as the next major industrial development precinct.
Bridge Road Industrial Precinct
This industrial precinct is close to the CBD and major heavy vehicle routes. A new estate has been established in this precinct with vacant land ranging in size from approx 3000m2 to approx 7000m2.
Yenda Industrial Precinct
Fifteen minutes drive from the CBD, the Yenda industrial precinct features two large beverage companies and is easily accessible by heavy vehicles providing opportunities for industrial growth.
WR Connect
Western Riverina Connect Intermodal Freight Terminal is located midway between Griffith and Leeton and is the newest and largest logistics hub for the Western Riverina region.
