Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT's) assist older people & their carers to access the types of care & services that best meet their needs. ACAT's provide assessment, recommendations & options for services & assistance with linkage into residential care or Community Aged Care Packages.
For most people, growing older means that there are times when you find it difficult to manage with day-to-day living activities. You may realise you need help, or you may be caring for a friend or family member who needs help, but you just don't know where to start or what help you can get.
There are many different types of aged care services available to support you, whatever your needs.
