TURNER STREET
Notice is hereby given under the Roads Act 1993, Section 122, of the temporary closing of Turner Street between Probert Avenue and McInnes Street. Turner Street will be closed on 5th July 2024 for Essential Energy to perform works on electrical infrastructure. A full road closure and detour will be in place with access to local residents only between 1pm and 3.30pm
DEBORTOLI ROAD
Notice is hereby given under the Roads Act 1993, Section 122, of the temporary closing of DeBortoli Road Bilbul between Low Road and Mirrool Branch Canal Road. DeBortoli Road will be closed from Thursday 27th June to Friday 12th July 2024 while Murrumbidgee Irrigation perform works on channel infrastructure. A full road closure and detour will be in place with no access to traffic.
MALLINSON STREET
Notice is hereby given under the Roads Act 1993, Section 122, of the temporary closing of Mallinson Street between Macarthur Street and Remembrance Drive. Mallinson Street will be closed on Thursday 11th July 2024 while Essential Energy perform works on electrical infrastructure. A full road closure and detour will be in place with access to residents only between 8.30 and 3pm.
KENNEDY STREET
Notice is hereby given under the Roads Act 1993, Section 122, of the temporary closing of Kennedy Street between Slopes Road and Dickson Road. Kennedy Street will be closed on from 1st July to 16th August 2024 for the upgrade of infrastructure. Access for residents and buses only. All other traffic to follow the detour provided.
MURPHY CRESCENT
Notice is hereby given under the Roads Act 1993, Section 122, of the temporary closing of Murphy Crescent between Grey Street and Blumer Avenue. Murphy Crescent will be closed from Thursday 13th to Sunday the 30th June 2024 while Griffith City Council undertake construction works. A full road closure and detour will be in place with access to local residents only.
YAMBIL STREET
Notice is hereby given under the Roads Act 1993, Section 122, of the temporary closing of the Eastbound Lane of Yambil Street between Daines Street and Kookora Street. This section of Yambil Street will be closed from Monday 27th May to Friday 20th September 2024 to undertake Stage 4 of the upgrade. Fielder Lane accessible by residents only. Pedestrian management in place, please follow signage.
MALLEE STREET
Notice is hereby given under the Roads Act 1993, Section 122, of the temporary closing of Mallee Street, Hanwood. Mallee Street will be closed until the 26th of August 2024 for drainage system upgrades. A full road closure and detour will be in place with access to local residents only.
GOOLAGONG STREET
Notice is hereby given under the Roads Act 1993, Section 122, of the temporary closing of Goolagong Street between Kennedy Street and Kennedy Street. Goolagong Street will be closed from Wednesday 31st January until 31st December 2024. A full road closure and detour will be in place with access to local residents only.
DICKIE ROAD
Notice is hereby given under the Roads Act 1993, Section 122, of the temporary closing of Dickie Road between Boorga Road and Nelson Road. Dickie Road will be closed until Thursday the 31st October 2024 as Griffith City Council continue Stage B of the upgrade and sealing under the NSW Fixing Local Roads Program. A full road closure will be in place with access to local residents and businesses only.
NELSON ROAD
Notice is hereby given under the Roads Act 1993, Section 122, of the temporary closing of Nelson Road between Kidman Way and Dickie Road. Dickie Road will be closed until Thursday the 31st October 2024 as Griffith City Council continue Stage B of the upgrade and sealing under the NSW Fixing Local Roads Program. A full road closure will be in place with access to local residents and businesses only.
CITRUS ROAD
Notice is hereby given under the Roads Act 1993, Section 122, of the temporary closing of Citrus Road between Pritchard Street and Rifle Range Road. Citrus Road will be closed until 30th August 2024. A full road closure with no access to traffic will be in place.
