PLEASE NOTE: Section 10.4 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act, 1979 requires the disclosure of any Political Donations & Gifts made in the two years prior to the application date.

Written submissions regarding the Development Application should be addressed to the General Manager and should include a contact name, address and telephone number. Submissions made on behalf of a company, should also include the names and addresses of all company directors. Written submissions can be made to PO Box 485, GRIFFITH  NSW  2680 or admin@griffith.nsw.gov.au

If submissions are received raising concerns with the proposed development, a report will be presented to an Ordinary Meeting of Council for determination. As such, copies of all submissions (including the writer's name and address) will form part of Council's Business Paper and be available to the public. Should you wish to have your contact details withheld, it is recommended that you request this in your submission.

This documentation may be viewed during normal office hours of 8.15am – 4.00pm, from Friday 5 July 2024 up until Friday 2 August 2024.

Any interested person may view the submitted application plan and supporting documentation during the exhibition period and make written comment relating to the proposal. Written submissions regarding the proposed development will be received by Council up till 4.00pm on Friday 2 August 2024. Submissions should include a contact name, address and telephone number. Submissions made on behalf of a company should also include the names and addresses of all company directors. Should the submission be an objection to the proposed development, the grounds of the objection must be specified. Objectors should be aware that submissions will be provided to the Western Region Joint Regional Planning Panel and may be viewed by other persons with an interest in the application.
