A Doula is a trained, non-medical, non-judgemental, support person and companion for both you and your partner during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
As your Doula, I offer continuity of care, in the true sense of the word and can provide a completely personalised support package tailored to the needs of you and your family.
My goal is to ensure that you feel confident about your options and able to make informed choices about your pregnancy, birth and postpartum
journey.
Antenatal Support is focused on education and non-biased information regarding your options and what to expect both during and after your birth. Our antenatal sessions are one-on-one, conducted in the comfort of your own home.
Doulas do not replace a woman's partner, they work together to help her have the best birth experience she can. A Doula helps to Hold Space during labour, being present, attentive, listen deeply and to respect the Mothers autonomy and choices.
Postpartum Support is hands-on, practical, in-home support that is completely personalised, based on your family's most pressing needs on that day.
I have developed a Community Supports List to help families access services within our community.
