Griffith Spring Fest
Griffith Spring Fest is a two week celebration offering a great variety of wonderful events including the magnificent Real Juice Company Citrus Sculptures, beautiful open gardens, street launch party and everything spring at the many other local events. The 70+ unique, larger than life orange sculptures line the main street of Griffith creating a spectacular and unforgettable sight. The sculptures - created using 100, 000 locally grown oranges - are creative and include a grand piano, talking robot and grandfather clock. This display is arguably Australia's most unique outdoor exhibition.
The third weekend in October each year celebrates spring and open gardens. At least six gardens open each year to the public ranging from small cottage style gardens to large country estates. Several gardens offer catering, morning tea, afternoon tea and or lunch to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable garden experience. A Garden Bus Tour is offered from the Visitor Centre and is a great way to see the gardens and meet like minded people.
