Centacare - Settlement Engagement and Transition Support Program

To provide information, case management, referral, advocacy and support to newly arrived Humanitarian Entrants (Refugees) on Permanent Residency visas for a period of up to 5 years and can assist families of skilled migrants who have a low English proficiency.
The Settlement Engagement and Transition Support Program is funded by the Department of Social Services. The SETS program is provided by the Federal Government to assist newly arrived migrants with settling into the local areas of Griffith and Leeton for a period of up to 5 years. The aim of the Program is to assist people with gaining their independence within this period. There is an eligibility criteria for the SETS program.
